The Court of Appeal

Your Honour

1.I wish that Kent Police charge me for any offences, apologise for its criminality as a Hate Crime on me, or let me know how its investigations on stalking and malicious emails from me are proceeding, - the procrastination with silence is something I find totally unacceptable for the due process of Justice. All they continue to do is to arrange criminal anonymous emails to be sent to me in order to try and trap me into legal difficulties as has happened this morning with the following two emails that I have received:

FrShanPanigrahiDIZUM(CAE)KatrinaSaleMTbp(The most amusing aspect of 13 July)18Aug2023.docx.

2. Has the Court decided on a listing date or is the Case still adjourned to a Hearing?

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
