To Recap, on 29 April 2024, Jill Jesson had texted me on WhatsApp ‘We haven’t done anything but send you promotional information about our products which we have taken you of our mailing list. Sorry for putting you on our mailing list.

Since then Allen Jesson had sent me another promotional material that I had forwarded to Forz Khan my barrister as terrorism to pervert the course of justice in getting me to contact Jill Jesson.

This morning at 7.23 am I texted Jill Jesson on WhatsApp: ‘Jill all my legal matters have arrived at a closure, judging from the lack of replies from North Kent Magistrates Court to numerous depositions for the Retrial, so Vitali-Chi need not worry.’

As has been confirmed to me by Jill Jesson that the Retrial has not been granted to me, it occurred to me that this is not a criminal matter but a civil matter and part of the considerations of the Circuit Judge at the Central London County Court.
