Dear Sirs

I followed up DC Fields instructions to me to contact Medway Police Station in respect of the linked communications just now to have clarified which of the items taken from us over the past two years in connection with Stalking/Harassment and Malicious communications matter of alleged offences as linked here: Charge Refused Certificate from Kent Police and the Restoration of Seized Property (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/charge-refused-certificate-from-kent-police-and-the-restoration-of-seized-property and dialled 101 for Kent Police, but could not get an answer from the operator, especially on the issue of whether the Bail to Medway Police Station that I was obliged by law to attend on 15 March 2024 remains in place, in light of the proceedings linked here: Continuing problems filing Company Tax Returns for The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/continuing-problems-filing-company-tax-returns-for-the-conservative-libertarian-publications-limited

My wife who is the sole owner of the property taken from us has asked me to obtain this clarification first before I go to Medway Police Station to collect the items.

Your attention would be most useful so that we can bring this matter to a closure now.
