Good Morning,

Sorry to hear your flight has been delayed. Your property is ready to be collected at the front office of Medway Police Station upon your return.

I have been informed by the other Officer In the Case that they are able to return their property to you as well, so this can also be collected on the same day.

The mobile phone from Maidstone Police Station however, remains in transit and will be restored to you at a later date.

Kind Regards

DC Katie Field

Dear DC Field

My flight from Dubai to London Gatwick was delayed by a full day so that I am unable to go to Medway Police Station as I had suggested.

Notwithstanding, your proposals here are totally unacceptable to me, for the reason that the property was seized by Kent Police under false pretences that I had done anything wrong relating to the alleged Stalking/Harassment and the sending out of malicious communications.

My Claim against Kent Police of several millions of pounds in damages and compensation remains unchanged.

Yours sincerely

I have asked for this property to be available for you on 17/02/2024 at Medway Police Station front Counter. Please quote the following ref : Property Ref XY/13540/2021/S and bring some photo ID.

On 13/07/2023 a mobile phone was seized from you at Maidstone Police Station. I am currently arranging for this to be transferred to Medway Police Station for you to collect at a later date.

Unfortunately, I cannot authorise for property to be restored to you from other investigations. I have e mailed the other Officer  to make them aware you wish to have your property restored.
