thank you for returning the hp laptop, two USB Memory Sticks and my Mobile phone this morning at 11.30 am through a WPc who came to our house and got me to sign for the return of the items taken away on 23 November 2022 in connection with the attached specific arrest result: kENT pOLICE (CHARGE REFUSED) sHANTANU pANIGRAHI.pdf.

We had already purchased a replacement laptop. Mobile Phone and USB Memory Stick not knowing if and when these items would be returned to us, and these items cannot be returned to Currys and EE. So, I would be grateful if you would consider paying us £300 as roughly the amount that we ended up spending.

In respect of the attached arrest matter (NorthKentPoliceReleasewithoutbail.pdf) also presumably Charge Refused (please confirm) the items taken away from us on 24 November 2021 included a desk-top computer, Amazon Fire, Mobile Phone and USB Memory stick that I had requested Civil Claims to send us around £1500 for so that we can purchase replacement devices. so would you kindly agree to make a total of £1800 paid to our Bank Account Sort Code 20 54 11 Account Number 90098086?

I would be most grateful for your kind consideration.

Yours sincerely
