Dear Dr Panigrahi

Thank you for your email received in connection with the above conditional offer of Fixed Penalty, the contents of which are noted.

I would confirm that I have updated your file to show that you have confirmed your attendance at the Speed Awareness Course on 11th January 2023 with course provider Kent County Council.

Please note that I have also suspended any further action in regards to the Fixed Penalty which is being sent to you today, until after the course date.

Once you have attended and completed the course, your liability will have been discharged. Should the course not be completed for any reason then the Fixed Penalty will still stand.

I trust the above information is of assistance to you.

Kind regards.

Dear Dr Panigrahi

I write in connection to our correspondence sent you in relation to the above conditional offer of Fixed Penalty.

I would apologise that an administrative error occurred when providing you with the dates in which you need to have complied with either attending a course or complying with the conditional offer of Fixed Penalty. I can confirm that the date by which you have to comply should be 5th March 2023 and not 5th March 2022.

Currently, you have a course booked for 11th January 2023 not 11th January 2022, and the opportunity to attend a course as means to discharge liability is still available and would ask you to confirm if this is still your preferred option.

I can confirm that the offer of a conditional offer of Fixed Penalty has also been issued today and that you will receive the documentation in the post shortly. Should you wish to accept the Fixed Penalty, in order to comply with the terms both the payment of the £100 fine and your driving licence sent to the Regional Fixed Penalty needs to be actioned.

Alternatively, if you wish the matter to be heard in court and the course offer and Fixed Penalty options to be withdrawn, please confirm this in writing by responding to this email.

I trust the above information is of assistance to you.

Kind regards.
