Your Honour
I wish you to deliberate on the collusion between Kent Police and the Community Mental Health Team at Britton House over the past year and a half, since bp reported to the Police that I had allegedly sent bp a malicious email threatening to set fire to their petrol station and this matter was then investigated by PC Evans of Kent Police who referred me to the Community Mental Health Team where Michael Quarm assessed me as to my mental health causing me to send out such emails. Then another similar thing happened when I was arrested for a second time on 23 November 2022 on allegedly having sent a similar malicious email to the University of Greenwich, and Kent Police once again referred me to the Community Mental Health Team for another assessment of my mental state.
I deny having sent out these two emails as I have denied sending the roughly 500 criminal anonymous emails that I have received along with those received by my wife and associates in employment, Care, and other institutions of the State. These were trolling activities from VOPA (short for Victims of Panigrahi Association) designed to make our life impossible in the United Kingdom, as you will note from the further lack of ackonwledgemewnt from KMPT PALS to the following email that I sent yesterday as linked here: COMPLAINT (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/complaint .
Your Honour, I beg of you to exonerate me of these alleged offences as these are clearly State-organised terrorism on me and so award me compensation of £5 million for the damages that I have suffered over the past 25 years from the UK Treasury to fulfil the requirements of the attached Notice of Hearing of Application: CentLonCtyCrt(NOTICE OF HEARING OF APPLICATION).pdf.
