Dear Olives Solicitors

I was in a state of distress yesterday evening not knowing what was happening when an email came through to me copied to you about the legal ramifications of the Case for and against Kent Police.

As you are aware I am a mental patient of Britton House, Gillingham, and find it very difficult to cope with intrusive emails so deleted this email from my gmail and yahoo accounts thinking that Olives Solicitors will carry out the necessary actions.

I discussed the matter with my psychotherapist Jill Jesson as attached: FrVitaliChi(ProductsJillJesson)6Aug2023.docx; but it got me nowhere as she ended with giving me a Thumbs Up symbol, which was to me meaningless.

This brings me to the question of Cherie's email that I am probling now. I recall vaguely that it required us to issue some materials to obtain information from parties who need to give us evidence for the Court case, but I have nothing else to go by this morning as nothing further has come to me.

Please advise me as to what Olives Solicitors is doing for me in this regard.
