Dear Ms Wildish

Thank you for your email on this Saturday morning which seemingly indicates that the matter for the Hearing is specifically about the discharge by myself of the Speeding offence, and perhaps nothing else that is contained in the link: UPDATE ON CHARGE REFUSED CERTIFICATE REQUIRED (Your Reference: IX/00300/23) (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/update-on-charge-refused-certificate-required-your-reference-ix-00300-23 which Kent Police has not acknowledged to me for its own reasons.

As soon as the adjournment date is known please inform me as I do wish to attend and plead my 'not guilty' Case; on both counts if appropriate by the Court's further direction.

Yours sincerely

Good Morning

Your hearing is the 1st June 2023 in a non-attenders court .

I can see on your file you have pleaded not guilty on the plea form.

Your case will be adjourned to a further date for you to attend.
