Hello Dr Shantanu Panigrahi,
I am writing to you regarding your recent contact with the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC).
In regards to your recent email contact with the IOPC, we have noted instances of abusive language towards our staff. The IOPC will not tolerate behaviour of this nature towards our staff. It is for this reason we have chosen to restrict your contact with the Customer Contact Centre (CCC).
Your telephone and email contact is now fully restricted; you will be unable to contact us via telephone or email, any calls from you will be terminated and emails will be filed with no further action.
You may still write to the IOPC via the post. However, please be advised we may place further restrictions if we deem it necessary in the future.
