In respect of the linked proceedings: Speeding Offence of 5 October 2022-Progress on Speed Awareness Course or Fine: Judicial Review (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/speeding-offence-of-5-october-2022-progress-on-speed-awareness-course-or-fine-judicial-review overnight I am being harassed again by the CIA/MI5/COBRA with the criminal anonymous email below to disrupt my membership of the Conservative and Unionist Party that I fought hard to restore as part of the settlement of the matter. As with all previous malicious communications that you have investigated me for as the originator, these criminals somehow make it look as though I am the sender of the emails from a Shanpanigrahi3000@gmail.com account with a sophisticated hacking device that leaves no trace of who is the perpetrator-in-chief of the Hate Crime criminality. I fully intend to hold on to my membership of the Conservative and Unionist Party regardless of this kind of opposition to my plans. I am a decent law-abiding citizen of the United Kingdom and my record proves it.
Please make the Judge aware of this latest bastardisation of my honest and truthful way of living thorugh provocation, intimidation, bullying, and setting up legal difficulties for me to contend with.

you.
As a mark of good will, I yesterday resigned from the Liberal Democratic Party.
I take this readmission without sanctions implies you approve of my plan to take, at the first opportunity when the roads clear, your reticent if not recalcitrant Conservative Policy Forum manager Katrina Sale (Miss) of the Half-Shillings, Penny Lane near
Guildford into my semiconsensual protective custody for interrogation and possibly punishment over her misconduct and inappropriate behaviour towards me, a sadhaka Hindu.
Is that correct? If I don't hear from you, I will naturally conclude that you acquiesce and will make plans accordingly.
