Dear Sirs
I am not sure what the legal entanglements are that the Samaritans are referring to in the attached communications FrSamaritans(Pigshitbags)7Sep2023.docx in light of the fact that the Office for Police and Crime Commissioner has not yet completed its assessment of whether the Bail conditions imposed on me for alleged stalking and sending malicious communications is pending a Report: FrOPCC(Request for Review Kent PoliceComplaint4Sep2023.docx.
There is no evidence that Kent Police has charged me for any offence that the Crown Prosecution Service has forwarded to North Kent Magistrates for consideration.
The only way I can be sure that either Olives Solicitors or any of the other Solicitors that I have consulted are acting for me as my representative in Court is if one of them corresponds with me and this has not happened of late.
If Kent Police is proceeding with the investigation of the said offences, that is fine by me, but some clarity needs to be established as we move forwards in light of the linked materials:PROGRESS TOWARDS RESOLUTION (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/progress-towards-resolution and Your Online Consultation with Long Catlis Road on 7.docs.
I shall be unavailable from the 14 September to the 22 September 2023, following which I have an appointment at Medway Police Station with regard to the Bail on 28 September 2023 1600 hours and 10 October 2023 1600 hours; so any information that Kent Police can provide me on these matters would be most helpful.
Thank you.
Yours sincerely

Hello Shantanu,
I'm pleased to read that you were able to book your prescription medications in readiness for your holiday.
I can see from what you write, the legal problems and uncertainties are causing you distress. Will having engaged the services of a solicitor allow your mind to be away from these entanglements while you are on holiday?
How are you feeling about your upcoming trip to Turkey?
Jo

Dear Dr Panigrahi,
I am writing to acknowledge your request for a review of the outcome of your complaint CO/915/23. It is the role of the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) to determine whether the handling of your complaint was reasonable and proportionate; and if not, to make recommendations to Kent Police to redress any concerns.
Firstly, we need to ensure that a number of key criteria are in place before we consider your request. We must ensure that:
The OPCC is the correct body to review your complaint;
That you have the right to request a review;
That the request is valid; that is, it contains all the necessary details for us to consider the review;
That it has been made within the 28 day-limit, or if not, there is a valid reason for the request to be outside of this period.
I should also clarify that it is not the role of the OPCC to make a judgement on legal issues, or operational matters such as on-going or concluded criminal cases. Operational policing decisions are not within the remit of this review. It is solely our role to judge whether Kent Police have acted reasonably and proportionately in trying to resolve your complaint. In your case it is to assess whether the decision to take no further action was reasonable and proportionate in all of the circumstances.
Please note that this office is a separate entity to Kent Police, our role in law is the review of your complaint outcome. We are not the owners of the data/information provided to us for the purpose of this review. If you consider it appropriate to raise a Subject Access Request in relation to any data or information which has been collated by or on behalf of Kent Police, then all requests must be made to Kent Police direct via the Public Disclosure Team who can be contacted via email at public.disclosure@Kent.police.uk
I will review the points that you have raised and aim to provide you with a response within 40 working days from the date of this acknowledgement ie I will aim to respond to you in full by 30th October 2023.
Please note that this may not always be possible and if there is likely to be any delay I will notify you accordingly.
Yours sincerely,

Dear Sirs
I am not sure who selected out these sentences as my complaint; and ignore the substance of the complaint filed through the independent Office for Police Conduct with elaborations as attached: ToPSDKentPolice(no subject) OneReportNeeded19Aug2023.docx; and as such it is totally unsatisfactory way of dealing with my complaint.
Notwithstanding, I note the options that you have given me for an internal review of the specific matter to deal with the Conditions of Bail: as follows:
In writing to:
The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner
South Block
Kent Police
Sutton Road
Maidstone
ME15 9BZ
You have 28 days, starting the day after this letter is dated, to submit an application for review.
I wish this Appeal to the Police and Crime Commissioner to be implemented immediately and will pursue all other avenues open to me including visiting the Magistrates Court as another option because I am innocent of all the scurrilous allegations of stalking and malicious communications that are alleged as the offences that I am a suspect on.
Yours sincerely

I called the Surgery again and this time I spoke to the receptionist about my medications being hurried up as we were going on holiday and I did not wish to run out of my medication during that. I said I had made a request on my GP. She said it went on 5 September 2023 to the Pharmacist.
This afternoon the Mental Health nurse from the Surgery called on my Mobile Phone while I was out with Rupa and she also called on the Landline that Rashmi took and passed the message on to me. She had called from a Private number so I could not call her back, but I telephoned the Surgery and spoke to the receptionist about this missed call, and that I was available to take the call at any time this afternoon.
The mental health nurse telephoned at 2.30 pm to my Mobile Phone that I could not answer being out of the house, but she then phoned on the Landline that Rashmi took and called me in to continue the conversation. She asked me what she could do for me. I said that I need a referral back to Britton House for a fresh new diagnosis of my mental state of mind, for it is not paranoid schizophrenic something else and a new Care Plan would be needed. She asked when was the diagnosis made of paranoid schizophremnia. I said the 3 Jully 2023. Before that I had other diagnosis like severe depression with psychotic features, persistent delusional disorder and bipolar. She asked if I had been to the mental hospital. I said yes twice, in 2004 and 2008, but since then I have been stable. She asked which hospitals? I said I do not know. She asked what makes you think that you are not paranoid schizophrenic. I said because I am calm and have no problems getting on with life to do the things that are necessary. She said if I had the phone number of Britton House. I said No, they will only consider this request for diagnosis review if it came from the Surgery. She then agreed to make the referral to Britton House but said this will not be soon. OK I said and the call ended.
