Dear Sirs
Since the receipt by me of the attached Notice of Hearing of Application a week ago as attached (CenLonCtyCrt(NOTICEOFHEARINGOFAPPLICATION.pdf) from the Central London County Court, I have brought to the notice of the Court a number of anomalies, which questions the jurisdiction now of this Court to hear the Claim E35YM660, as follows:

Thirdly, the Central London County Court has no jurisdiction to hear the matter under this Claim E35YM660, because the CCMCC erred in law in the disposal of two Claim Forms with its directions issued without a Claim Number, as linked here: Lawyers are in short supply in the United Kingdom, I need one immediately | The Conservative Libertarian Party of USA (odoo.com) https://the-conservative-libertarian-party-of-usa.odoo.com/blog/our-blog-1/lawyers-are-in-short-supply-in-the-united-kingdom-i-need-one-immediately-4 The two Claim forms submitted to the CCMCC specified that these were separate Claims and they could not be coalesced as a single Claim and disposed off to Central London County Court (the defendants home court) when the Claimant specified that the Claims to be heard separately must be heard in Medway County Court, the Claimants home court. The CCMCC has failed to inform the Claimant of the reason for its decisions. As such no Claim Forms exist in reality. There must be no proceedings at all in the Court of Central London on E35YM660.
The Court not having replied to the Claimant is going ahead with the Hearing of 20 January 2023.
This email is to notify the parties involved that there will be a permission to Appeal the Circuit Judges directions and judgment issued on the date of the Hearing and no costs awarded to the Defendants will be met until the matter has been resolved at the Court of Appeal. Under that Appeal a refund of the £4170 paid to the Defendant on 21 June 2021 will be sought based on the Order of District Judge Lightman as attached: CentralLondonCountyCourtOrder 21 June 2021 (District Judge Lightman).pdf; and the CCMCC will be required to reissue the two Claim Forms cited above for consideration at Medway County Court.
