As I had indicated I was still trying to get to the bottom of what I am up against and this morning had to write to the Legal authorities of the United Kingdom from whom the relevant auto-reply as follows was returned.
It is likely that I would be having to defend against known or unknown offences at the Magistrates Court sooner or later once the authorities have taken all the factors into account.
I am not going to be a martyr to free speech as Rahul Candhi the Indian politician has found out by design or inadvertently that only the appeal process in that case will determine, for I do believe in crime and punishment if I have done anything knowingly wrong.
It is good to know that Vitali-Chi will be back to normal services next month like you say for I value my psychotherapy and counselling sessions. As I had mentioned to you earlier on the Samaritans did not reply to my email so are grotesquely untrustworthy.
I have still not had a medication review from Britton House three weeks since the referral by my GP on concerns relating to my hyperprolactinaemia caused apparently by the anti-psychotic risperidone.
While these investigations continue, may I ask you a favour: could Vitali-Chi send me an email confirming that I have a 'split-mind' in psychotherapeutic jargon and that it is akin to what the Psychiatrists have described me to be suffering from, namely paranoid schizophrenia, persistent delusions, mood instability, depression, bipolar, autism and personality disorder, that I need continual support medically with Jll Jesson and Britton House in order to bring me to some degree of normalcy in how I manage my life? I would pay you for such a psychotherapeutic certificate.

I am sorry that Vitali-Chi has been dragged into this matter when it was made clear to me by Jill Jesson that she was highly unlikely to get involved in Court matters. It remains to be seen what the Circuit Judge at the Central London County Court on Claim E35YM660 reaches in concluding the matter from his or her long-standing deliberations.
I have still not received any Vitali-Chi 77 Secrets emails that we talked about so it is clear that someone has sabotaged my relationship with you and Jill Jesson, which will be disastrous for me as I need a Counselling Session urgently.
I am copying this email to the Samaritans as I did not reply to their last email sent to me more than a week ago and I am in need of emotional support this morning from them.
