Dear Sirs
That would have to be left for another day as I have my work cut out trying to access justice directly at the Central London County Court under Claim E35YM660 or at Medway County Court under Claim J00ME572. Both these Courts have been requested for the Full Written Reasons why Directions and/or Summary Judgment in favour of the Claimant have not been entered against the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Kent Police respectively.
It would appear that both the Police and the Prime Ministers are immuned from civil litigation by a private citizen for the harm their policies and actions have done to an individual and this is being secretly prevented from coming out in the Full Written Reasons of the Courts concerned.
If this is factually true, it is a very serious matter for law and order in the United Kingdom which calls for a Written Constitution in the United Kingdom to prevent such abrogation of policing and judicial responsibilities.
There is also the possibility that my Petition for a Written Constitution citing these aspects of the miscarriage of justice systemically is being thwarted secretly, and I await the full 10 working days that the Petition Committee has said it requires to reply to me with its decision on whether it can now be published without alteration or whether further factual evidence is required before it is considered further in addition to what I have already submitted by the TCLP-UK:
