Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your email and clarifying the process. I would give you the consent to avail the Advocacy Service of Libra, if you can send me the contact details of the individual person who would be dealing with the matter given that this issue may well impact on some legal proceedings as attached: ToFadekeOralesiGodon&ThompsonNorthKentMagCrt(Legal Representation)31Oct2023.docx.

Dear Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
Thank you for your patience and for your email with supplementary information regarding the mental health services. Your email has been passed to Healthwatch Medway as the address you gave is for Medway Borough Council.
Healthwatch themselves do not provide advocacy; this service is via Libra Partnership as they have the contract for the Medway area. Thie contact details are below, along with the process we suggest clients follow when making a complaint to the Kent and Medway Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (KMPT) who are the providers of mental health services in the Kent and Medway areas.
Healthwatch Medway with your permission will log the issue(s) you have raised regarding the mental health services. To give your permission, would you kindly complete our client information form by clicking on the following link: Client Information Form - Medway. This information will help us provide continuity of service should you require further help. Your details will be recorded confidentially to our enquiry database, which is subject to the Data Protection Act 2018. A case record of your enquiry will be made, and this may be audited for quality of advice, please let us know by return if you do not consent to this.
With your consent, the issues you have raised so far can be anonymised and shared where appropriate with the provider, the NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board - KMICB (formerly the Kent & Medway Clinical Commissioning Group KMCCG), Kent County Council (KCC) and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) representative. Individual experiences/incidents can provide a spotlight on what is happening for patients and service users in the different parts of Kent which organisations are able to triangulate with data they are receiving elsewhere. On occasion, an organisation might like to get in touch with you to discuss the issue in more detail and try and provide a resolution; this of course is only done with your consent.

Dear Sir?Madam
I have already been through the due process of directly having my complaint examined by NHS England that got channelled through to KMPTPALS, as attached: ToNHSEngland(Response)29Sep2023.docx. The final reply of KMPTPALS came this morning as attached: FrIanMarksKMPTPALS(ComplaintM23NOWT TO ADD)20Oct.2023.docs.The previous report that I requested a review on is attached also: FrKMPTPALS(Complaint Response)1 September 2023.doc.
I would appreciate it if you would undertake the Advocacy Role in this matter for I am without due reason classified as paranoid schizophrenic by the State as attached: FrBrittonHouse(CAREPLAN_DrEmmanuelleOranusi)3July202312July2023.doc.
As you will note they would not give me a face to face hearing with a fresh new Consultant Psychiatrist to discuss the matter now..
Please let me know if you would be able to handle this Case.
Yours sincerely

Dear Fadeke
Further to our correspondence and telephone conversations, it is wrong that your firm is abandoning me in my hour of need, and as such I should ask you to reconsider the matter because you had indicated that you do have the capacity to assist me unlike what the email below is suggesting.
I was asked by the State authorities through Sarah Ritterhouse yesterday that further information is forthcoming from the North Kent Magistrates Court, sitting at Medway Magistrates Court for the Trial Hearing of myself on 10 November 2023, 2 pm. but when I responded as linked here: Hi from Sarah Ritterhouse (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/hi-from-sarah-ritterhouse concerning the shocking silence from Sir Keir Starmer, the Leader of the Labour Party to the linked communication: FLOATING VOTER REEVALUATING THE FUTURE (thelibertariandemocrats.com) https://www.thelibertariandemocrats.com/post/floating-voter-reevaluating-the-future nothing came back to me by email or telephone call to me.
I would accordingly request you to let me have your final decision on whether Gordon and Thompson is acting as my Legal Representative now.
Please let me know by midday today as I would then have the chance to look afresh for another Defence Solicitor for single-handedly I cannot do anything for reasons that you will realise from the linked material: WITHDRAWAL OF MITIGATING CIRUMSTANCES FROM MY DEFENCE EVIDENCE AND ARGUMENTS (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/withdrawal-of-mitigating-cirumstances-from-my-defence-evidence-and-arguments

Thank you for your email.
We are unable to respond directly right now but we really do appreciate the time you have taken to contact us.
Please help us by completing our client information sheet here. The information you share will allow us to form a picture of what is happening in your area. If you have asked for support, it will help us to prepare appropriate information and signposting for you.
When we do respond to you, we can help in two ways:
1. We can offer free Information & Signposting to help you understand what support you are entitled to and to find the services that are available to you. Although we can’t handle formal complaints about services, we can let you know how to complain and who to direct it to.
2. We also want to hear your experiences of local health and social care services. If you have left us feedback, thank you for taking the time to share your story with us. We will anonymise your story and share it directly with the people who organise and commission the service. We use every story that we hear to improve services for those that use them. We want to hear about the good, and not so good stories, about ANY health or social care service in Kent.
We are a small team, if you have asked for assistance, we will get back to you as soon as we can. Currently, due to unforeseen circumstances this may take up to 12 working days.
If you can’t wait that long, you can always complete our online feedback form to share your story with us. You can get started by clicking here: Have Your Say - Medway | EK360
We’ll want to know when your story happened and what was the name of the service. So, for example, we will need the name of the GP or Care Home to enable us to feedback your story. Everything will be anonymous, so you don’t need to worry about them knowing who you are.
You can also find information on how to make a complaint on our website here: Help making a complaint | Healthwatch Medway
If you are emailing about an urgent health issue, please call the NHS 111 service or visit NHS 111 online.
