Please consider the following update on the proceedings with regard to the private criminal prosecution of the Chief Constable of Kent Police Mr Alan Pughesley or Miss Elizabeth Truss, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, that was started at the Magistrates Court two years ago.
I would be grateful for an immediate response on whether you have found the Case Number now, as Kent Police still has not returned my USB Memory Stick and desktop computer containing this information.
I intend to conduct the prosecution in person as the Prosecutor.

The worst part of my distress and suicidal tendencies that persist even as I write is not knowing who the person or authority is that I am conducting as the focal point of the private prosecution at East Kent Magistrates Court and the civil proceedings in the Central London County Court from among the two culprits, the Chief Constable of Kent Police Mr Alan Pughesley on the one hand and the Prime Minister (Elizabeth Truss now) on the other. Surely the person in charge of the Hate Crime that has been perpetrated on me for 25 years is not Kent Police and since we have recently determined that the Monarch listens to the Orders/Advice of the Prime Minister as was the case in connection with King Charles III's proposed visit to Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt to attend the Climate Summit, it is the Prime Minister that I am prosecuting in East Kent Magistrates Court and she is also the authority that I am litigating against in the Central London County Court, so she is the Defendant in both proceedings.
There was a Case Number assigned to the criminal prosecution in East Kent Magistrates Court so this matter cannot go away no matter how long it takes the Magistrate Court to locate the relevant File with the Case Number allotted from two years ago. and there is a Case Number E35YM660 at the Central London County Court; both proceedings are under appeal, as follows:

My question to you is could these hearings be combined into one or held separately as they impact on each other.
