Hello Allen

I did not find anything in the email that I received from Vitali-Chi last night that I felt I could usefully contribute to so please do not take any offence that I did not reply like I normally try to do. I am sorry we missed our tentative appointment of this morning at 11 am, as I did not receive your confirmation of the Zoom link on time.

JIll may find the attached useful in preparation for our next Counselling Session that we need to arrange now: ToCenLonCtyCrtJudiciaryKentPoliceccEastKentMagCrtNorthKentMagAttorneyGeneralRehmanChishtiMaidstoneCrownCrtFURTHERCRIMINALHARASSMENT(E35YM660)14Mar2023.docx; ONLY TRUTH IS RISK-FREE.pdf.

As I expected and hoping against hope, my suspicions have come to fruition in that none of the recipients of this email could reply to me.

I look forward to the Zoom link for some time later this week if Jill is still available this week with the knowledge that Britton House did not reply to my telephone call referred to in the document attached.

Hello Allen

Thank you for this comprehensive discourse of work ethics and diversification/outsoucing etc: You obviously see no end to your motivation to expand your horizons in this regard. This has also been the case for me over the past 50 years that I have been fortunate to have come and lived in the United Kingdom. There are endless possibilities. The sky is the limit to what a person can do. I have been working 16-17 hours a day for the past several years in putting words to my actions in the development of The Theory of Everything and its Usage. A different kind of approach to the astrophysicist Stephen Hawkins. Mine was more down to Earth. Looking at the realities of everyday life and come to some kind of understanding that would contribute to my knowledge for world conservation. It is still a work in progress. I learn every day. And fate has been kind to me in bringing people into my sphere of contacts like yourselves in Vitali-Chi with Jill Jesson who is seeing me for a split mind. I learn Hindu understanding and see how it fits in with western understanding of Reality in order to find out what is true and what is blind belief. We Hindus are notorious in our approach leaving no stones unturned. This is why I probe, analyse and deduce. I now do so nonchalantly, spontaneously and unpremeditatedly and I do not waste any time. This is why I sent the linked email to the Samaritans yesterday evening: Have the Samaritans blocked me from receiving emails (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/have-the-samaritans-blocked-me-from-receiving-emails. It is part and parcel of my exploration of the imminent reality, the durable reality and the permanent reality.

So as the morning begins, I have another day to get through to see what further clarifications I might uncover. Kent Police have still not given me a Charge Refused Certificate to clear me of any wrongdoings in society. The Court of Central London has adjourned the Hearing of the 20 January 2023 (see attached: CenLonCtyCrt)NOTICE OF HEARING OR APPLICATION).pdf if the government legal department is to be believed: Court hearing today adjourned (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/court-hearing-today-adjourned

This is the stuff of quiet revolution under way: the internet age has changed the way we work, the Courts and Law Enforcement processes are consequently changed. The BBC and the Gary Linekar saga is a case in point. You cannot stop human ingenuity and entrepreneurship in the same way as before. The government has to adapt too to the changing human condition. One thing that they cannot do is to prevent the libertarian instinct that we humans intrinsically possess. We find ways. As they say where there is a will there is a way.

So this morning my work mission as a truly Freelance researcher has survived. I wait until midday to see what materials I receive in the post or by email from the State authorities before deciding when to book the Online Zoom Consultation with Jill Jesson tentatively scheduled for tomorrow 14th March at 11.00 am, or discuss some other times/dates when we can do so. I trust you will understand that I need to move forward cautiously if I am to protect and preserve what I have already achieved in my project.

Nowadays I look forward to receiving your Circulars that come each night, Samaritans can go to hell. They are not trustworthy as you will note. I get my emotional support in concrete terms from Vitali-Chi so do not need to contact Britton House this morning as I had alluded to when I was feeling very distressed yesterday evening.

My regards to you and Jill

Hi,

Welcome again to the 77 Secrets. Here's today's secret:

***Outsource and Be Outsourced***

No matter whether you are the chairman of a company or the Queen of England, we all work for someone. In the Chairman's case it is his shareholders. The Queen works for her subjects. She has to turn up at those garden parties. (Tough job. Someone has to do it). If you are self-employed, you work for your customers and very often, your financiers.

So, 'work' in some shape or form, is going to be part of your life. Even if you're retired, you still have jobs or chores to do, so really, there is no escape. Even lottery winners have to do something. We all have something to 'do', whether it be work, a chore, a job or a task. Hopefully you're with me so far. Well, with any task, whether at work or not, there are always four choices:

Do IT

Dump IT

Delegate IT

Delay IT

I will talk more about this concept in the Time Management Secret, but I'd like to expand upon D for 'Delegate'. You see, you just can't do it all. At some stage, you are going to have to find someone to do something for you. 168 hours in a week and all that.

You cannot be a master of every skill and trade. There is not enough time in the day or your life. Presumably you wouldn't consider trying brain surgery on yourself? Then why do we often

think 'we can do better'? No matter the task.

For example, I spent years building my own web-site. In the end I was quite proud of it BUT it did look very home grown. Not very professional at all. If you look at www.agiftofpoetry.com today,

you can see a more sophisticated touch. That's because I outsourced the design and creation to an expert in her field (thanks Zahra). Today, I outsource more and more. After getting into an initial panic (how the heck am I going to do all that?) I then calm down and then think: "Who can I get to do that for me?".

Thankfully, we now live in a global economy, connected by the Internet, so to get well qualified staff at very attractive rates is a lot easier than it was 20 years ago. An advert on Craigslist or Elance.com, to name but two, will usually bring forth a multitude of suitable candidates at the right price.

Now, of course, this leads to a rather important question: "What if you cannot afford to hire someone else?". Well, the simple answer is to outsource yourself for a better hourly rate than you are paying the other person to do another task for you. This is relatively easy to achieve if you outsource YOURSELF in YOUR area of expertise and then hire someone to do a task for you that you're less than good at. They will probably do it a lot quicker than a

fumbling you would.

So, the next time you're faced with a pile of ironing (or a pile of anything for that matter), that you MUST do, think to yourself:

Can I dump it?

Can I delay it?

Can I delegate it?

If you answer "yes" to any one of those questions, you have just taken that task OFF YOUR To Do list (at least for today).

Now, doesn't that feel good?

I'll have more for you tomorrow. I hope you enjoyed this secret, please let me know. Just hit 'Reply' and it should find me.

All the very best,
