Dear Sonia Gray

In my submissions I have already said that I admitted that I was not contesting the possibility that I may have gone over the 50 mph speed limit in a dual carriageway on the A229, and opted for the Speed Awareness Course as well as booking the Course at the cost of £92. What is therefore to defend?

Yours sincerely

Dear Sonia Day

Case Progression Officer

Thank you for accepting that the Duty Magistrate on 10 June 2023 had conspired with Kent Police to stop the Court from bringing forward the Emergency Summary Judgment and further not giving the Defendant the full written reasons for the processing of this Case from the very beginning by 5 pm that day or subsequently He or she should be subjected Misfeceance in public office accordingly, but that remains an internal Court matter.

Notwithstanding we are where we are and if the Court can now assemble the required full written reasons including why the Court ignored around 50 emails of evidence to demonstrate State-interference in my circumstances over 26 years of legal proceedings, I will let you know the dates of our Holiday to India this winter that is likely to be booked when we return from our holiday in Turkey on 22 September 2023, in time for me to attend my Bail meetings of 28 September 2023 1600 hours and 10 October 2023 1600 hours on the assumption that Kent Police have not by then completed its investigations into allegations of stalking and malicious communications that I am still only a suspect for in view of the fact that I have still not been charged for these two offences, and our computers Memory sticks Mobile Phones Amazon pads and paper files that were seized from our home by Kent have not yet been featured.

Thank you for clarifying that the Trial of 10 November 2023 2 pm was defacto null and void, so invalid as things stand now.

Yours sincerely

Subject: OUTDATED RESPONSE

Dear Sirs

With reference to the attached email that I received 10 minutes ago, FrKentCPOVarious(Shit)29Aug2023.docx; this refers to an outdated application that had past its sell by date because to teach the shitbags a lesson, I required immediate judgment in June this year, so that the Court did not process it with the immediacy that I required as the Defendant to prevent further suffering at the Hate Crime mounted on me by Kent Police for 10 years: accordingly, the Trial of 10 November 2 pm was declared de facto as null and void and totally invalid, so I will not attend on this date.

Should Prosecutor for Kent Police present to me his case for the prosecution and the Court sets a new date with due regard to the length of time I would need to prepare my Defence against it and this should take place after 31 March 2024 when we as a family return from our holiday in India, I would be only too pleased to attend Court for the Trial when the Summons on Malicious Communications and Stalking offences are sent to me.

Yours sincerely

Your plea

Charge 1

Exceed 50 mph speed limit in contravention of a Local Traffic Order - manned equipment

Your plea Not guilty Not guilty because I was told by Lucy at Kent Police that I am entitled to a Speed Awareness Course as I had never been offered one. So I booked a Speed Awareness Course paying £92 to Kent County Council and having a date of 11 January 2023 to complete this task. Due to mitigating circumstances in that I was embroiled in legal matters relating to Claim E35YM660 of the Central London County Court as Claimant and J00ME572 at Medway County Court that has now reached the Court of Appeal, I applied for a rescheduling of the Speed Awareness Course but well within the deadline for its completion. Kent Police for reasons of its own cancelled my Speed Awareness Course and sent me a Conditional Notice of Liability instead. I appealed against this but it did not respond. Then I said to the Police that I would pay the extra £8 without the Points on my Licence since it was Kent Police's fault that the Speed Awareness Course was cancelled unjustifiably in my assessment. When Kent Police did not reply to this submission, I offered to pay the £100 Fine and have the 3 Points on my Licence. Kent Police did not reply to this offer either. I have never challenged the possibility that I might have exceeded the 50 mph speed limit but am appealing to the Court that Kent Police has been unreasonable in not enabling me to discharge my liability that I always wanted to.

Name of the witness and what you disagree with: I have not had the time to read the documents and I am a mental patient unable to understand the documents after Patterson Law the solicitors who I negotiated to act on my behalf on this matter let me down by backing off the Case. But my version as given above is the truth.
