Dear Deendyal Sharma

I would like to take advantage of this offer, please now, for the reason that the International Criminal Court did not reply to my request to endorse my arrest warrant against Dr Sivaji Panesar who is seemingly a member of staff of the Indian government although according to the High Commission of India there is some uncertainty: please read the linked proceedings ICC Review Letter - OTP-CR-76/22 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/icc-review-letter-otp-cr-76-22 .

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a solicitor/lawyer to assist me in finding the whereabouts of this person yet. My authorisation to arrest and hold WPCs, solicitors etc (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/my-authorisation-to-arrest-and-hold-wpcs-solicitors-etc The reason that I need this information was made clear to the Indian Government, as attached: ToSivajiPanesar13Jun2023.docs; ToHighCommindia&CourtLegalbodies(DrSivaji Panesar13Jun2023.docx, and it wanted 48 hours to respond.

When I do find Dr Sivaji Panesar, I will be in a position to be millions of pounds richer so will develop one of the biggest website platforms with your assistance.

I hope you can wait.

Yours sincerely

Sivaji

You are so very wrong about me: I have checked with Medway Police Station just now and have been told that I should come from the side entrance on the 18 June 2023 5 pm that I am required to under the bail that has been imposed.

I do not know where you got the idea that I have a solicitor who will represent me at the Bail or thereafter if proceedings go to Court. I have not been charged with any offences so far. The Case at North Kent Magistrates Court sitting at Medway Magistrates Court is solely about the 5 October 2023 Speeding Offence and nothing else, but I will be citing mitigating circumstances at the Hearing of 10 November 2023 2 pm namely that of people like you anonymously terrorising me and keeping me embroiled in legal difficulties. If my plea of not guilty is accepted, I will ask the Court to identify all the members of Victims of Panigrahi Associaton like yourself, Marty Caine, Nitin Bhardwaj, Fritz Wuehler, Cherie who incidentally is not Cherie Booth the former Prime Minister Tony Blair's wife, Bury, Mohamad Bhakt of Pakistan, that will force you all out into the open so that you face due justice in a criminal and civil court.

The Indian High Commission is currently doing all it can to determine how you put yourself forward as a member of staff of the Indian Government as attached ToHighComminIndia&CourtLegalbodies (Dr Sivaji Panesar)13June 2023.docx; FrPublicResponseUnitHighcommindia(DrSivaji13Jun2023.docx)

I will therefore ensure that I will see you in Court as a litigant or a defendant subpoenaed according to the provisions of the United Kingdom or the International Criminal Court under the Courts Information Received - Review Letter - OTP-CR-76/22 along with all your comrades, if it is the last thing that I do.

Is that clearly understood?

I am a little sceptical of your claim that Tolhurst Solicitors, whose reputation as far as I can ascertain is untarnished to date, even considered accepting your brief for a moment, you having discharged and dispensed with the services of the ladies at Olives Solicitors and being notorious for defaming solicitors who engage, or refuse to engage, with you.

It may be that Nameeta, to whom you imply Tolhursts delegated the K.Y.C. admin, devoted insufficient time to profiling you online. However, I will go along with this connection until it is conclusively disproved, say by denial by the firm/L.L.P.

Even a person of your meagre and humble capabilities could observe your interesting appointment cannot be on June 18 at a or the Kent Magistrates Court or any other Court. June 18 is a Sunday, and Commonwealth courts are open Never On A Sunday.

Your accomplice "Cherie Booth" had circulated, to garner support or at least some sympathy for you, the abusive email sent by you at 3 p.m. May 15 to the S.R.A. lady and in which you make the claim about the rendezvous. Is it not surprising apparently your famous barrister and even judge mysteriously has full access to all your correspondence? We cannot speculate about what you think

you gain by making statements like Sunday Court which are palpably impossible to be true. But your destructiveness and self-destructiveness ensures you remain an enigma to the M.H.A., which as you well know is not the Moldovan Higher Assembly, but the Ministry of Home Affairs in New Delhi, which to my regret unwisely had approved the visas placed in your travel document 522465108 before it was put on alert.

Even if you meant instead a Kent Police Station, Graves End closest to Tolhursts, for this friendly tete a tete to be venued, even a professional troll agent like you must have observed with alarm that it is most unusual in England for such appointments to be on the Sabbath Day.

If you choose to attend such a friendly semi voluntary meeting, has your Tilda Cherie, no doubt at all yet another of the hundreds of inventions of your overactive infertile schizoid imagination, another example of which is V.O.P. Association, notionally counselled you to take with you a toothbrush and much absorbent undergarments in anticipation that your gated accommodation for the following weeks and months is not solo, but shared?

You could view this likelihood as great news, because then when the judicial authorities are fooled by your self-contradicting denials, your rapacious greedy cash demands from the Government of India and the British Monarchial State can be supplemented to reach hundreds of crores, and you can retire to molest Cypriots in-stead.

Carry with you to this appointment also, contact details for the Pakistan's HCL, you might wish to avail of their consular services assuming your asylum claim was viewed favourably. Unless that too was one of your fabrications.

HCIL had enough after your past threat to deport the serving H.C., if I correctly remember Shri Mathai, I think it was before Sarna/Sinha, published by you at wordpress.shantanup as a proud article of your oppressive and sinful superiority and bullying intimidatory rule.

Many at M.F.A. also are praying daily that your quarter-century reign of harassing innocent people you encounter, including 41 if not more Britisher Magistrates, D.D.J.s, D.J.s, Mr Justices and Rt. Hon's, innumerable court staff too, many with the fullest support or encouragement of your foreigner spouse who should in-stead have deterred or stopped you, finally but inevitably draws to a

dramatic finish, with you unable to conceal yourself behind your concocted mental issues which tricked the British Health Service for decades. By the time that date of November 10 comes, it will appear to you the least of your problems.

Jai Hind, Jail Shuntanus sounds too much like Clearly Business Solutions, no, BC?

Faithfully yours,

Panesar, Sivaji (Dr.)

Dear Sir/Madam

Kindly note the communication attached that I have received this morning from Dr Sivaji Panesar: FrSivajiPanesar13Jun2023.docx misrepresenting me and so defaming me and my family by copying the email to Martin Tolhurst and my elder sister in India.

The first time I received an email from Dr Sivaji Panesar was when I was appealing the Orders of Master Eastman on Claim HQ17X01773 at the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court. He had referred me to the Attorney General of the United Kingdom as a vexatious litigant, but so far no such judgment has been received by me, so that all my litigations and private prosecutions taken our under that Claim and subsequently under E35YM660 and J00ME572 at the Central London County Court and Medway County Court were legitimate expressions of grievances that I tried to access justice on. Further, an arrest warrant on the Chief Constable of Kent Police at East Kent Magistrates Court was also legitimate as it was acted upon and a judgment delivered.

I have to date done nothing wrong and whilst I accept that Kent Police has got a job to do to identify the miscreants who sent out harassing and malicious emails by hijacking my email accounts, as a law-abiding citizen I am required to attend the Bail Hearing on the 18 June 2023 5 pm, with or without a solicitor to assist me in the proceedings.

This leaves me with the question of who Dr Sivaji Panesar said to be from the Ministry of External Affairs of India is, and despite my writing three years ago when this person surfaced, the High Commission has not responded that it is a genuine person employed by the Government of India and not a troll representing the so-called organisation Victims of Panigrahi Association (VOPA)

Should any one of you be able to identify this person, I would be grateful as I wish to institute legal proceedings against him in a Court of Law in the most appropriate manner.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
