Dear Sirs

Thank you for alerting me to start saving. I will pray to God, I am sure from the lack of a reply to the attached communication sent to Kent Police (ToKentPoliceEnquiries(ANY NEW EVIDENCE COME TO LIGHT ON CHARGE REFUSED)3May2024 that there will always be some kind of concoction of offence or offences from the Monarch as attached(Conclusive Evidence.docx).

The sooner Kent Police get on with it the better.

Yours sincerely

Hello Shantanu

If you want to make your money work harder for you, consider moving money that you don't need to access regularly into an account that pays a higher rate of interest.

You can choose from a range of bonds and ISAs that offer a fixed interest rate over a fixed period of time, or flexible products that provide partial access to withdraw some of your money. The interest rate on fixed-rate products that don't allow withdrawals is typically higher than the rate on products that allow you to withdraw money at any time.

If you're unsure about your withdrawal needs, splitting balances across different products can help you achieve the right mix of interest rate and withdrawal access for you.

Enquiries at Kent Police

Dear Sirs

I attach a scanned copy of the Charge Refused Certificate from Kent Police (ChargeRefusedCertificatefromKentPolice-1-3.pdf) relating to the events from the summer of 2021 to enquire if any new evidence has come to light to re-investigate the matters of both Stalking and Malicious Communications on which I was arrested 5+2 times and held on Bail to Police custody. The original allegations were redescribed in the Refused Charge certificate that also requires explanation as to why this was done.

Further to your investigations I received an email from the Samaritans yesterday that I responded to as attached: ToSamaritans(services withdrawnLegalProceedingsEndstakeMetoCourt)2May2024.docx.

If the matter is closed on the other hand, is there any apology and financial compensation to be awarded to me from Kent Police for the distress and anxieties that I have suffered over these years  unnecessarily as the lack of a complaint report from Professional Standards Department on CO/999/23 shows.

I would be most grateful if you would clarify these matters immediately.

Yours sincerely

Dear Samaritans

I look forward to defending myself in Court against these scurrilous accusations when you or for that matter Kent Police initiate legal proceedings against me. Do so immediately because the fact is that my application for a Retrial of my 10 November 2023  2 pm Trial by North Kent Magistrates Court has finally been rejected today just moments before this email came from you and there is no Appeal against this decision.

Yours sincerely

Shantanu Panigrahi,

Your email has been passed to the caller support team. The reason you received this notification from the Supportercare team is that you signed up to notifications about the self help app. It is not correct to interpret this as a gesture that your “past insinuations and inappropriate comments” are a thing of the past.

The email that we sent to you in October 2023 explaining our decision to withdraw services from you is still relevant. You continued to include Samaritans in your emails to courts, police, and others about your complaints, and also threatened to release toxins in North Kent Court and Invicta House. In October we wrote to you:

“We have ended your support plan because you are not seeking emotional support and are including us in your court situation and complaints. We have withdrawn service from you completely because you are not using the service appropriately. We also take threats to harm very seriously and have reported your threat to Kent Police.”

All services are still withdrawn. We will review this in November 2024 as to whether to end or extend this decision. We will not send any more communication about this matter.

In the United Kingdom, it is a proven fact that the Police are in charge of the country and they are above the law, for them there is no law: they do as they please since their decisions cannot be questioned by a Judge on criminal matters. Only when there is a Jury Trial can there be some semblance of justice against a person charged with offences, but the vast majority of alleged offences get rubber stamped by Magistrates in the Magistrates Court, or the Crown Court. The citizen cannot undertake any private prosecution against the Police in a Court of law, and the citizen cannot undertake any civil or criminal proceedings against the Prime Minister. This is why the author concludes that both the Prime Minister and the Police are secretively protected from such legal proceedings by the Monarch of the nation.
