I have just completed the £80 Session Fee, although there was uncertainty as to whether the Friday 23rd December at 2pm appointment that I wish to agree to is the initial consultation Fee or now that all the details that you require have been discussed, we can go straight to the First session on this date.
As to what the Kent Police proceedings were or are: I have had problems with Kent Police for about 6 years when I took out a claim in the High Court for its failure to apprehend people who I saw were criminals destroying my career. This litigation was frowned upon by the State and I was harassed, terrorised, victimised and deprived of my severance pay from the University of Greenwich from 1998 onwards. The State had taken vengeance on me for daring not just to make the Claim against the University of Greenwich and Kent Police as 4-5 years of systematic trolling took place to try and lock me into legal difficulties. I took the Prime Minister to Court in a civil litigation under Claim E35YM660 for failing in its statutory duties to protect a civilian from trolls who were organised according to my perception and it was to thwart these proceedings that Kent Police arrested me on 24 November 2021 and seized our computer devices to bring me under its direct surveilleince to level charges against me that has yet to materialise for everything is done in secrecy.
The two occasions that I was incarcerated in a mental hospital (2004 and 2008) were a direct response to the protest at the injustices that I was suffering, for there is nothing wrong with my mental faculties, the symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia and persistent delusional disorders were just defencive mechanisms to avoid the traps that threatended my survival in the United Kingdom. The State initially tried to boot me out of the country by making me stateless but I resisted that by writing the Home Secretary Priti Patel and when that failed they tried to have me incarcerated in a mental hospital for a third almost certainly irreversible time that I had to resist using whatever intelligence I was naturally endowed with. So with that failure the State tried to set me up with a offence of having sent criminal anonymous emails to Katrina Sale, BLM Law and BP when Kent Police knew only too well that it was the CIA/MI5/COBRA that hacked my computer to send out those emails to get me into trouble with Kent Police. The only way I could try and avoid that fate was to take out a intjunction and Money Claims against Kent Police to stop its Hate Crime on me and it was disposed off with the complicity of the court officials at Medway County Court organised by the State.
So all in all it is a clear case of State organised persecution on me that has lasted 25 years.
