With regard to your communication to me channelled through Victims of Panigrahi Association (VOPA) as linked here: Shantanu nailed to the mast, cross, rack (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/shantanu-nailed-to-the-mast-cross-rack civil litigation and private prosecution processes linger on for years and whilst there might me a case for declaring a person to have been a Vexatious Litigant as you are contemplating for labelling me and thereby depriving me of my human rights to defend myself against the vitriolic and incessant attacks on my character thus defaming me, not to mention depriving me of income from employment and the just disposal of the litigation in Central London County Court under Claim E35YM660, nothing can take place before your Honour has made a final decision on these matters and as such I terminated my actions at 5.00 pm last Friday pending your deliberations.
However, matters do crop up that require me to act and it is with this in mind I am requesting you to clarify to me what actions I can take and what I must avoid taking so as not to fall foul of the law of the United Kingdom. This is required urgently in view of Kent Police's proposed actions against me for allegations yet unspecified that you will understand from the communications below.
I look forward to your assessment of the matter and directions accordingly so that I can inform the Courts concerned if I am contacted by them of your intervention in this dispute.

This matter is expected to be resolved at any time and following this period I may need to be processed iby Medway County Court under Claim No J00ME572.if a satisfactory solution cannot be reached with Kent Police.
Please keep the domain name valid for another 30 days in suspension following which I will take steps to transfer the domain to my Account under Wix.com, I am copying this email to Wix.com to clarify to me the procedure involved for the transfer ot the domain that had previously been assigned to SimpleSite. In case the domain name cannot be held in suspension for another 30 days kindly let me know immediately and I shall get it registered at Wix.com now.
