I apologised for not having responded to his Phone message yesterday but have come as soon as I could. He got the Mobile Phone out and got me to sigh for it with my Mobile Phone Number. I asked him: is there anything else that I should know? He said No that is everything. I said that I am not legally trained apart from being a mental patient and lawyers do not know anything. He nodded. I continued The Police look after the people and the State and we rely on the Police for advice. I have not done anything wrong then. He said No it is all done now. With that confirmation I drove home.   At 10.19 am as I had reached the Police Station I heard my Mobile Phone ring again from another Spam Caller dialling from 0121 732 9728; but I continued with my drive determined to get the situation fully clarified without any reference to the email that I had sent the Central London County Court. I determined that this document should be left for the future in case of pending developments. On 11 February 2024, at 1707 hours Indian Standard Time, with another prod received from Amulya Nayak who I had described to the Court authorities as a MI5/MI6 agent terrorising me for over a year, I decided to resume the dharmayudha through the Court of Public Opinion; and hence this forum post after closing off all direct communications with anyone over the Internet. My proactive communications had continued from our holiday home in Bhubaneswar, Odisha India from 19 January 2024 that accumulated further evidence in my favour. Now, I had no choice but to force the Police or Courts to issue proceedings to me so that I would then get the opportunity to reply to these queries.

Send me a letter of appointment.   She said that Dr Oranusi will telephone you at 3 pm today to discuss it.   The landline rang again and Rashmi took it calling me to the Phone. I went to the Phone. It was another woman from Britton House, I said I just spoke to your colleague and explained. I had requested the North Kent Magistrates Court as attached if there were any criminal proceedings this morning with me as a defendant: I am still waiting for an answer from the Court. Deleted the email from my Yahoo account at 12.00 noon. Deleting everything so far. But am determined that my life will not be placed on hold.

As I said to the Circuit Judge in the Central London County Court under my Claim E35YM660, I need proceedings to have a chance to secure damages and compensation from Kent Police or the United Kingdom Treasury to prove that I was not blameworthy of any kind of misconduct over the past 26 years.

I reveived my eVisa from the Indian High Commission that I applied for yesterday to visit friends and relatives in and around Bhubaneswar Odisha. This was good outcome as far as the holiday is concerned. I had tried to give a feedback to e-Visa people as invited to do so, and wrote: I have never experienced such fast affordable and excellent visa service: Congratulations Bharat. Shantanu Panigrahi’, but the system did not allow me to enter any words at all. This on top of the fact that the Indian government sent two emails made me concerned as to what is going on in my paranoia of paranoid schizophrenia. So I am not excited, given that I am still under suspicion of having stalked and sent out malicious communications as an offence so could yet find myself with a criminal record before the India visit in January-February 2024. So I need to be very careful indeed. I have already said to the Court that I did not consider the Speeding Offence outcome as giving me a criminal record, as it was only a fine for a civil offence and to this end I provided the evidence in terms of the linked communications with Driver Diversion Kent Police. If I have any fresh communications with the State authorities on this matter, the Court may respond to what I have sent it earlier today and arrange a Listing or send me Full Written Judgment taking into account what I have subsequently submitted to the Court. Now that I can go to India as I have printed out the ETA travel document and left it in my passport, I have no need to enter into legal proceedings, and any communications from the Court and I will dump the Indian government with Instagram into the legal process, saying that I have instructed my Solicitors Olives Solicitors to issue proceedings. The Indian High Commission has not accepted that I did not get arrested lawfully in  international law by replying to my email and that our IT property were unlawfully seized as no arrest and search warrants had been produced prior to the incidents. The liberty that I cherish is still at stake, and to avert this I have to have a free mind, without attachment, plans, objectives, missions, aims, anticipations, expectations, wishes, hopes, beliefs, desires and therefore no ego. I do not trust anyone, including the Indian Government after the history of my old application to have my Indian passport restored to me as my birth-right that I took out a Public Interest Litigation at the Supreme Court of India to no avail. It destroyed my scientific career at the age of 40 and rendered me from riches to rags eking out a living in the United Kingdom on menial jobs, and even those are elusive with my mental disorder. I will have no proceedings now, as the State of the United Kingdom is a Police State that cannot tolerate libertarians and will try and enslave me yet through a criminal record or by sending me for a third time into a mental hospital potentially irreversibly. I love living in our house and love my family life, entertaining a few friends that we have. That is enough for me.
