Dear Sirs
The Law Society had given me the names of your Firms to assist me with proceedings at the Royal Courts of Justice London with its implications on local issues around Kent and Kent Police's intrusive behaviour on me and I followed through the Law Society's recommendations as linked here:
JUDICIAL REVIEW LAW: Court Case Reference: CO/1680/2002 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/judicial-review-law-court-case-reference-co-1680-2002
LEGAL ADVICE AND REPRESENTATION (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/legal-advice-and-representation
In order to prevent duplication of the same issues with two different firms, would you mind letting me know which of you has agreed to assist me with the legal representation that I need urgently.
There is a Trial Hearing of myself on 10 November 2023, 2pm at North Kent Magistrates Court sitting at Medway Magistrates Court as attached LetterfromNKMCHearingTrial10Nov2023_2pm.pdf that I need to prepare for based on the advice and representation that I secure in the meantime.
Invicta Law Limited is the third Law Firm that I was referred to by the Law Society: INVICTA LAW LIMITED, 1 Abbey Wood Road, Kings Hill West Malling, Kent ME19 4YT info@invicta.law. whose advice is also sought herewith.
I am copying this email to the important associated parties involved.
If I do not hear or get an acknowledgement from either of you today, I will assume that your Firms are not willing to get involved in this Case and I will then seek alternatives.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
