Dear Alison Dunford

Thank you for this acknowledgement. I had copied the email to the British Library because the considerations implicit in the content of my email applies to all of the Libraries in the United Kingdom and beyond including the British Library. You will recall that I had deposited an array of titles through my username and password of the Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited last year in the British Library but the work stalled due to the fact that the company had to use a third party Publisher in Lulu Publishing to produce the books both in eBook format and print book format for sales.

Lulu Publishing has since made the decision that the contents were 'questionable' although it would not specify to me as to how it suddenly became so after numerous books had been sold.

With the Central London County Court not acting on this issue and proceedings there have ended as far as I as the Claimant of Claim E35YM660 is concerned this morning at this precise moment in time that I am sending you this email, it would be appropriate if the British Library took it upon itself to scrutinze the 101 Sections of the Book and make a decision on whether it can be published for sale in the United Kingdom and worldwide.

Yours sincerely

You don't often get email from shanpanigrahi3000@gmail.com. Learn why this is important

Dear Sir

The materials you have referred to are not ready to be deposited in any Library on account of the proceedings at the Central London County Court under Claim E35YM660 that states that the work of The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited at Lulu Publishing have been torpedoed and remains dysfunctional as things stand pending the deliberations of the Circuit Judge at this Court. All the materials are being reviewed as such depending on what the Circuit Judge decides on the fate of the 101 digital and some 87 print books that formed the Sections of the title, 'The Allurement of Reality'. This follows the lack of decision at East Kent Magistrates Court this morning on the criminal aspects of the undermining the Company that Company House is well aware of: Arrest Warrant on Mr Alan Pughesley Chief Constable of Kent Police (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/arrest-warrant-on-mr-alan-pughesley-chief-constable-of-kent-police

There have been no receipts from the sales of the books from Lulu publising in the past 6 weeks and company accounts for 2021-2022 were filed on the HMRC website for the attention of Company House following which the only draft forms of the books have been created as you will read here: https://archive.org/details/@panigrahi491

My understanding is that the Hearing of the matter is currently adjourned at the above mentioned with regards to which please see the Notice of Hearing of Application attached: CenLonCtyCrtNOTICEOFHEARINGOFAPPLICATION.pdf.

I trust this will meet with your present requirements.

Yours sincerely
