As I await the outcome of the deliberations of the English Appeals Panel, I would take this moment of reflection to underline the perception that I have which is that the State authorities persecuted me as attached (ToInformationRightsOmbudsmanccForzKhan(Acknowledgment of request Reply Case Ref 00002238)13May2024.docx) for going full steam ahead with expressing my moment by moment thoughts in the time-honoured tradition of these islands enshrined in the words 'freedom of expression' - reference https://www.thelibertariandemocrats.com/forum/diary-of-the-author/14-may-2024-07-00-am-uk-time
I would be grateful if you would give me a rough idea of the date by which the outcome of the Appeal would be available to me.

The request for this information was submitted by me on the invitation of the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, as linked here: https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/phso-case-ref-c-2093076-1. I considered the email from Anita Eastham and replied to it having considered the earlier correspondence as linked here: https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/phso-unacceptable-behaviour-warning-1. These were highly defamatory to me, and I reported it to my barrister Mr Forz Khan to whom all your correspondence need to be directed as it forms part of the State-organised conspiracy on me to terrorise me in the United Kingdom. Whilst Mr Forz Khan does not deal with defamation cases he does deal with criminal conspiracy as a Hate Crime that is alleged by me.
