1. I received an email from the Legal Ombudsman that required me to redirect it but it did not specify to whom, so I forwarded it to Kent and Medway Partnership Trust (KMPT) because PC Evans of Kent Police had been responsible for the Mr Michael Quarm episode of May this year linked for your perusal as follows: RE: Termination of Police Investigation on Stalking Harassment by Dr Shantanu Panigrahi and Apology (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/re-termination-of-police-investigation-on-stalking-harassment-by-dr-shantanu-panigrahi-and-apology
2. When I did not get a response from KMPT or Britton House, I wondered if the Legal Ombudsman was asking me to send it to Kent Police instead as it is either a Kent Police or KMPT matter or it could be a Court matter, especially in light of the revised analysis conducted by my anonymous lawyers (Cherie and Ed Muhouse) of the malicious emails matter as attached: FrCherieccSanyaShahidAwestby(CAE)30Aug2022.docx- I believe I had sent Kent Police an earlier version, as linked here: Police have held an exonerating confession for months! 3. In any event I thought I should try Kent Police first before returning back to the Legal Ombudsman to try and find out who it meant that I should redirect the email to: Sanya Shaid's email is not working so I am sending this email to Monneka Tahir and West Yorkshire Police who may know about SP.
4. I take it that Kent Police is not at the moment in a position to issue me an apology and damages of £3.5 million: please confirm.
