Dear Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)

I have received mixed messages from you in the past and I stopped corresponding with you directly when you indicated that it had to be a Law Firm acting for me that I could complain about and again that this firm should first be corresponded with directly to try and reach agreement on the complaints that I made.

Notwithstanding, as a socially-conscious individual concerned with the provisions of Law and Order in the United Kingdom as my wider interests and without going into recrimniations against Orla Scanlan/BLM Law/Clyde Law that I discussed with you, I an intent on making progress directly with the SRA given what you have just written. In this regard my first port of call was the Professional Ethics Department of the SRA, the email account of which used to send me auto acknowledgement but no considered reply and even auto acknowledgment have now ceased. Perhaps the SRA has modified its structure and remit in the meantime. Be that as it may, I had complained about conspiracy of this Law Firm in corrupt legal practices designed to scupper the Injunction that I have applied for against the Chief Constable of Kent Police to stop its vendetta against me on false allegations of stalking and harassing malicious emails that it said that I had sent to Katrina Sale of the Conservative and Libertarian Party, then BP and finally staff of BLM Law, the latter issuing a Pre-action Protocol against me to pursue me in civil/criminal court but which it never followed up with concrete actions that I was intent on defending myself on. I have all the correspondence with Orla Scanlan and BLM Law as evidence if you consider now that the professional ethics had been so intensely breached by this Law Firm that it should be rusticated from practicing Law in the United Kingdom.

If SRA does wish to engage with me on this basis, I am available and willing to cooperate on any investigation that you wish to conduct no matter how long that takes. I will provide you with further clarification of precisely how the conspiracy against me manifested itself in the proceedings of the Medway County Court under Claim J00ME572, such that the Court is now silent and not acknowledging my BUNDLE document and request for information on what will happen next by way of a Judicial Review of proceedings hitherto.

I look forward to your reply to this email today.

Yours sincerely

Dear Dr Panigrahi,

Thank you for your email dated 07 August 2022, with attachments.

We note that you have raised some concerns regarding the notification you have received about a court hearing.

It may help if we explain what we do at the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). The SRA is the regulator of solicitors and law firms in England and Wales, protecting consumers and supporting the rule of law and the administration of justice. The SRA does this by overseeing all education and training requirements necessary to practise as a solicitor, licensing individuals and firms to practise, setting the standards of the profession and regulating and enforcing compliance against these standards.

As part of this role, we investigate allegations that our standards and requirements have been breached by individual solicitors or firms. These investigations are based on evidence and are undertaken when it is in the public interest to do so. Where there is evidence of a serious breach, and it is in the public interest to do so, we can impose a disciplinary sanction and/or apply a regulatory control to restrict a solicitor’s practice.

If you are concerned that a person or firm that we regulate has breached our rules and you want to report this to us, please provide the name of the person and/or firm involved along with further details about your concerns.

When providing this information to us, it would be helpful if you could complete the report form available on our website here.

You can send your completed report form, along with copies of relevant documentation supporting your complaint, by post to the address detailed below or by email to our report@sra.org.uk email address.

Your information

We have kept a record of the information you sent us. Details about how we use information we receive is available on our webpage www.sra.org.uk/privacy

On 5th August 10.36 am I received an email from an anonymous source as linked here: Proceedings at the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom Initiated (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com)

Proceedings at the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom Initiated

Email from Nic at 9.48am Wednesday 3 August 2022 Inbox from: Shantanu Panigrahi <shanpanigrahi3000@gmail.com...

I thought at first it was a well wisher attempting to assist me in countering abysmal proceedings at Medway County Court under J00ME572 and at the County Court of Central London under E35YM660, both of which were referred to the Court of Appeal through the Civil Appeals Registry.

But I heard nothing by email or telephone call from Kent Police, or the Medway County Court, and nothing arrived in the post yesterday Saturday, the 6th of August 2022.

I had enquired with Medway County Court as linked here:MRI SCAN (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com)

MRI SCAN

to clarify the matter to me, especially to let me know if there are any proceedings outstanding at any of the Civll Courts of the United Kingdom in respect of HQ17X01773, E35YM660, and J00ME572.

I have not been offered any sum of money as damages and compensation from the Chief Constable of Kent Police in relation to the £3.5 million that I had claimed as being reasonable for the 24 years of victimisation stemming from the £55,000 severance payment denied to me by the University of Greenwich in 1998, Nor have I received the refund of the £4170 that I had appealed for that I was forced to pay as costs of the Government's Cabinet Office in accordance with the Order of District Judge Lightman on 21 July 2022 attached: CentralLondonCountyCourtOrder21June (District Judge Lightman.pdf.

Dear Justices, whilst I am a devout Hindu religiously going about my lawful conduct in life and nothing frazzles me for I am really not money-oriented, there is the matter of truth and justice that needs to be upheld in the United Kingdom, so as to prevent the total collapse of British civilisation from the silence against me that is apparent on this Sunday, the 7 of August 2022.

Any information is good information, so I look forward to receiving your clarification of this matter so as to determine whether matters have been put to rest and I can get on with the rest of my life here in the United Kingdom without the threat of being declared stateless by the actions of the Chief Constable Alan Pughesley against me in respect of the attach arrest warrant and other associated alleged misdemeanours on my part: North Kent PoliceReleasewithoutbail.pdf.

Thank you for reporting your concerns to us about solicitors.

We are now taking the time to carefully assess these, and we will also look at the regulatory information we may already hold to decide what we need to do next.

We will respond to you within the next 35-45 working days, sooner if we identify urgent problems that need our immediate response.

If we cannot help with your concerns, we will point you in the right direction.

Are we the right organisation?

We want you to raise your concern with the right people. Sometimes that is us. But other organisations may be best placed to help.

For example, if you have concerns about the professional service you have received from your solicitor, the right organisation to help is the Legal Ombudsman. Unlike us, it has powers to tell your solicitor to put things right, to pay compensation to you or reduce your solicitor’s bill if it finds there has been poor service. More information about the Legal Ombudsman and how to make a complaint can be found at https://www.legalombudsman.org.uk/
