Thank you for clarifying the direction of the Magistrate at Medway Magistrates Court who has been presiding over the 1 June 2023 Hearing of Notice of New Date of Hearing NKMC.docx attached, and subsequent proceedings, and has decided that my Appeal against the matter going to a trial Hearing on 10 November 2023 at 2.00 pm has been overruled by the Court on this Saturday, as indicated in the link attached: Outcome of Hearing: 1 June 2023, 10 00 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/outcome-of-hearing-1-june-2023-10-00-1 Please give me the name of the Magistrate who directed this course of action.
In order to prepare for this trial of myself I need a synopsis of the relevant Kent Police's submissions to the Court relating to the 1 June 2023 Hearing and the Magistrate-approved 'Case for the Prosecution' of myself point my point outlining all the offences that I am alleged to have committed which are to be addressed at the Trial Hearing to come. Would you therefore kindly send me the Full Written Reasons for your deliberations to date and time?
I will be unrepresented at the Trial Hearing.
