Dear Sirs

1. The Samaritans as associated with Britton House Community Mental Health Team and the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman is one of a whole host of issues that form part of the job that my barrister Mr Forz Khan Khan was supposed to take into account for the private prosecution of the Crown Prosecution Service for which a contractual agreement was reached in 2021. All subsequent torture that I have been subjected to by the State authorities such as the police brutality through Kent Police, MI5/Mi6 trolling terrorism in criminal anonymous emails, the perverting of the Course of justice by Magistrates and Judges in respect of https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/claim-e35ym660-central-london-county-court-case-number-2100022559-folkestone-magistrates-court form part of the complaint that Jason Chapman Technical Advisor at the Legal Ombudsman is currently in the process of replying to me on. PSD Kent Police has still not produced a Report on my Complaint CO/999/23 in this regard. The proceedings relating to criminality at the Reform UK Party, the Liberal Democrats and the Labour Party and Parliamentary proceedings of mine will also need to be assessed by Jason Chapman, Senior Ombudsman at the Legal Ombudsman.

2. The reference at the Legal Ombudsman is as linked here:  https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/automatic-reply-valid-case

Yours sincerely

PREFACE

When living under a Monarchy and finding over a 26 year period of suffering intense persecution

involving persecution that took the form of police brutality on the author, MI5/MI6-engineered

trolling terrorism that he described as Satan-evil to incarcerate the author to boot him out of the

country or in a mental institution for a third and almost certainly irreversible time and worse of

all concocting and framing offences by repeated arrests, victimisation for living under a different

religion (Hinduism) to that of the Monarchical State (Anglican Protestantism), obstruction of

justice that took the form of perverting the course of justice, all because he sought basic justice,

marginalising the author out of the democratic structures of State, the Conservative Libertarian

Party of the United Kingdom was created by the author as a Republican Party on the grounds of

conscientious objection to the status quo in the country. The State authorities operate totally

secretively without a written Constitution keeping the population in complete darkness and so

fooling them with the façade of structed democracy with establishment parties involving career

politicians representing people in Parliament. Most intolerably of all the Judicial and Law

Enforcement and Regulatory processes are manipulated against a Conservative Libertarian to

stop him accessing justice.

There is no common ground to engage with such manifestations of Monarchy in terms of actual

people who are mere jobsworth individuals doing as they are told.

A NEW REPUBLICAN MOVEMENT BORN IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

At midday on Saturday the 11th of May 2024, The Conservative Libertarian Party of the United

Kingdom formally became a Republican Party. The experiences of the author and Founder of the

Society The Conservative Libertarian Society (https://theconservtivelibertariansociety.com) and

Dear Mr Jason Chapman

Ref:

My contention on hindsight is that there has always been a valid case against the Crown Prosecution Service, not a hopeless one.
